All Fees are Final; No Refunds; Fees are transferrable to another category.
The entrant’s company/employer must be a BIABA member in good standing, both that the time of submission and at the time the award is presented.
BIABA associate entrants may enter their work on communities in which the builder is not a BIABA member.
The non-member builder will NOT receive recognition.
Architecture, Community of the Year and Builder of the Year categories
require Builder MUST be a BIABA Member.
