$450 entry fee Non-BIASC Members
• There are no restrictions on the number of entries a participant can submit.
• Submitting company must be located in Southern California. Projects can be located in Western U.S. (California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming, Montana, Texas and Hawaii) and have at least one governmental approval by awards submittal deadline.
• The entrant company must be located in California
